Single Choice

The Single Choice question lets respondents pick one answer from a list of options. This type is commonly used in MCQ-style formats and is one of the most versatile question types.

When to Use

Use the Single Choice type when:

  • You want respondents to choose only one answer
  • You are conducting demographic surveys (e.g., gender, age group)
  • You are designing step-by-step workflows
  • You want to trigger logic flows based on a single selection

Customization Options

When creating a single choice question, you can:

  • Add your question label and optional description
  • Add multiple answer choices
  • Toggle Mandatory to require an answer
  • Enable Shuffle Options Order to avoid bias
  • Allow “Other” as a custom response
  • Add logic jumps to branch based on selected options
  • Customize Proceed Button Text
