Track redemption activity

To track redemptions, open the survey's Share tab, switch to Manage Rewards Pool, and scroll to the Reward pool history table. Every coupon that PollPe has sent for this survey shows up there, with status, brand, value, and respondent contact.

Where to find it

  1. Open your survey.
  2. Click the Share tab.
  3. In the left panel, click Manage Rewards Pool.
  4. Scroll past the active pool card to the Reward pool history section.

The table loads paginated, with controls to change page size and jump to a specific page.

Columns

Each row is one redemption event from this survey's reward pool.

  • Date: the date and time the redemption was processed (local time).
  • Brand name: the brand the coupon was issued on (for example, Amazon Pay, Zomato, Myntra, Flipkart, Swiggy, Google Play).
  • Value: the reward amount in ₹.
  • Email: the respondent contact PollPe used for delivery. Use this to follow up if a respondent reports a missing coupon.
  • Status: the current state of the redemption. Delivered rows are shown in green; any other state is shown in red.

Every column is sortable. Click a column header to toggle ascending or descending order.

Pagination and totals

Below the table you get standard pagination controls:

  • Page size: change how many rows show at once. Click the page-size selector to switch (default is 10).
  • Page jump: type a page number to jump directly.
  • Total: the row above the controls shows Showing X to Y of Z results so you know exactly where you are in the list.

What to do for stuck redemptions

A redemption can show as something other than Delivered for a few reasons: a temporary delivery failure on the brand's end, an invalid respondent contact, or a coupon supplier issue.

When a row stays in a non-delivered status:

  1. Re-check the respondent contact in the Email column. If it is wrong, the coupon will not reach them.
  2. Wait through the standard retry window. Most coupon deliveries settle within a few minutes; a small share take longer.
  3. Check the pool history. The Reward pool history entries on the pool itself (top-ups and refunds) tell you whether the debit was reversed.
  4. Contact PollPe support if the row is still stuck after a reasonable wait. Include the survey ID, the respondent email, and the date and time of the row from the table.

Exporting

The redemption table renders inline in the dashboard. For an offline copy or for finance reconciliation, you can capture the on-screen rows directly. For larger exports across many pools, contact PollPe support with the survey ID and the date range you need.

How this differs from response data

The redemption table tracks what PollPe paid out for this survey. It does not contain the respondent's survey answers.

  • For answers, use Responses under the survey's Result tab. See Responses and Exporting data.
  • For pool-level credits and refunds (not individual coupon deliveries), use the Reward pool history section on the pool card.
