Manage your Store QRs
Every Store QR you've ever created lives under Account Settings → Manage QR. From this screen you can search across QRs, edit a card's design, pause it, link or unlink it from a survey, and delete it. Bulk actions work across selections.
Managing Store QRs requires the Manage billing permission on the workspace.
Open Manage QR
Click your profile in the top-right, go to Account Settings, and pick Manage QR in the left navigation. The screen lists every Store QR across every survey in this workspace, paginated.
For QR creation, design, and ordering tied to a single survey, use that survey's Share tab instead. This screen is the account-wide control surface.
Read the table
Each row in Manage QR shows:
- QR Name: the Store QR Name you set when creating the QR, plus the QR ID (first segment of the unique ID) underneath.
- Linked with: the survey this QR currently routes to, or Not linked if the QR is orphaned.
- State: Active or Paused, shown as a dropdown so you can change it inline.
- Created: the date the QR was last updated.
- Action: a three-dot menu with Edit and Delete.
The header has a search input that filters QRs by name, plus a results counter. Sort any column by clicking the header.
Edit a QR's design
Click the three-dot menu on a row and pick Edit. The Customise QR sticker modal opens with the QR's current logo, theme, title, and description loaded.
You can change:
- The logo.
- The theme (light or dark).
- The title and description.
Click Update to save. The next print or order for that QR uses the updated design. Customers who scan an existing printed card still land on the same survey. You only changed the design and any future prints.

Change state (Active or Paused)
Open the State dropdown directly on the row and pick:
- Active: scans route to the linked survey and responses are accepted.
- Paused: scans still hit the link but the campaign is treated as paused.
Use Paused when you want to take a QR out of rotation without deleting it (off-season, store closed, campaign ended). Switch it back to Active whenever you want to resume.
Unlink a QR from its survey
A QR is linked when it routes scans to a specific survey, and Not linked when it's saved in your account but not pointing anywhere. Unlink when you want to retire a QR from a survey without deleting it. Bulk-unlink when you're rotating which survey a set of QRs serves.
- Tick the checkbox on one or more rows.
- The bulk action bar appears at the top with how many QRs are selected.
- Click Unlink QR.
The QRs flip to Not linked. Re-link them later from the survey's Share → Link to Store QR screen, under the Not Linked tab.
Delete a QR
Click the three-dot menu and pick Delete, or select rows and use the Delete button in the bulk action bar. PollPe opens a confirmation modal that asks for a deletion reason and requires you to type Delete to confirm. Deleting is permanent. Any printed cards still point to the same URL, but the campaign and its responses on PollPe are gone.
Tip: prefer Pause for short-term, Unlink for repurposing the QR, and Delete only when the QR will never be used again.
Replacing a damaged card
If a printed card is damaged, lost, or you simply need more prints, you don't need a new QR. The QR itself is fine. Reorder more prints of the same design:
- Go to the linked survey's Share tab.
- Open Link to Store QR and click the QR row.
- From the print and download modal, click Order Standee & Stickers to place a fresh order.

Archiving a campaign
PollPe doesn't have a dedicated "archive" button for Store QR. Use this pattern:
- End of a short campaign (event, pop-up): set the QR to Paused.
- End of a season or store closure: Unlink the QR from the survey so it stops appearing in active campaign lists. Bring it back by re-linking later.
- Permanent retirement (location closed for good, brand sunset): Delete the QR.
This way your Active list stays clean, but you don't lose the option to bring a QR back.
