Aria, your AI survey assistant
Aria is PollPe's AI assistant. You describe what you want to learn and Aria builds the survey for you, edits questions on a draft you already have, drafts an analytics dashboard from your responses, and answers questions about how PollPe works.
Where you find Aria
Aria lives in three places inside PollPe.
- Agent in the left sidebar opens the full-screen view at
app.pollpe.com/agent. This is the main place to start a fresh conversation, browse past chats, and let Aria build a new survey from scratch. - Create with AI on the dashboard "Get started" grid takes you to the same full-screen view, with one click. The card is tagged "AI-generated questions and surveys".
- Agent tab inside any survey builder. When you open a survey to edit it, the right panel has three tabs: Question, Settings, and Agent. The Agent tab loads Aria as a side panel that already knows the survey you have open and the question you have selected.
What Aria can do
The exact set of actions depends on which page you call Aria from. The slash menu (type / in the input) lists what's available on the current page.
- Create a survey from a plain-language brief. Aria writes a draft with a welcome screen, questions, logic, and a thank-you page, then asks you to Apply it.
- Update a survey you're already editing. Add a question, rewrite a question, fix the choice list, change the welcome copy, tune settings. Aria proposes the change as a pending update so you can review before applying.
- Score a survey with
/score. Aria rates the survey and lists what to improve. - Analyze responses with
/analyze. Aria reads responses for the survey you point at and summarizes what's in them. - Build a dashboard with
/dashboard. Aria proposes widgets bound to specific questions, and you confirm before they're created. - Answer "what can you do?" with
/helpon any page. Aria tells you what's possible from where you are.
You can also mention up to five surveys in a chat by typing @. Aria uses those surveys as context for the request, which is the easiest way to ask cross-survey questions.
What Aria sees
Aria reads three things, and nothing else.
- Your workspace organization context. This is the company description you set on the Account, AI Control page. It is sent into every Aria conversation as background knowledge so the questions Aria writes sound like they came from your team. See Organization context.
- The current survey and the active question, when you call Aria from inside the survey builder. This lets Aria edit the right question without you having to re-explain.
- The surveys you
@mentionin chat, and the responses on those surveys when you ask for analysis.
Aria never reads data from other workspaces, and other workspaces never see your organization context.
Standard vs thinking model
The input box has a model toggle next to the send button.
- Standard is the default. Fast, good for most building and editing.
- Thinking spends more time reasoning before it responds. Use it for harder asks like long surveys, complex logic, or response analysis where you want Aria to weigh tradeoffs.
You can switch between the two on any message.
Voice input
If your browser supports speech recognition, a microphone icon appears next to the send button when the input is empty. Tap it to dictate your prompt instead of typing.
Conversation history
Every chat with Aria is saved per workspace. Open past chats from the history icon in the Aria header, or start a new one with the + button. You can delete a conversation from the history list.
