Order a Store QR

You order a printed Store QR from inside the survey you want to collect responses for. PollPe prints the cards in the formats you choose and ships them to the delivery address on your account.

You need a Store QR to place an order. If you haven't created one yet, follow Customize your Store QR first. Ordering requires the Manage billing permission on the workspace.


1. Open the order screen

There are two ways to land on the checkout:

  • From a freshly created QR. After you finish customising a new Store QR, the Print/Download modal opens. Click Order Standee & Stickers (green button) at the bottom.
  • From an existing QR. Open your survey, go to ShareLink to Store QR, open the Linked tab, and click any Store QR card. The same Print/Download modal opens. Click Order Standee & Stickers.

You'll land on the Order Standee & Stickers page, with the back link at the top labelled Order Standee & Stickers that returns you to the share screen.


2. Confirm which QR you're ordering for

The left column opens with an Ordering for card showing:

  • The Store QR name you set when you created it.
  • The QR ID (the first segment of the QR's unique ID).
  • The Address you entered on the Store QR.
  • A miniature preview of the standee in your chosen theme. Click the expand icon on the preview to see the full QR layout in a modal.

If anything looks wrong (theme, logo, title, description, address), go back to the share screen and edit the QR before ordering. The print uses whatever is saved on the QR.


3. Pick formats and quantity

The Order Items card lists every print format PollPe currently offers for Store QR. Each format card shows:

  • A thumbnail carousel of the print (click the thumbnail to see it full-size).
  • The name and short description of the format.
  • A quantity stepper with - and + buttons, plus a direct input. The stepper enforces a per-format minimum and maximum quantity.
  • The discounted price, the original price struck through, and the discount percentage.

Set the quantity for each format you want. Leave a format at zero (or at its minimum if you don't want it) and it won't be billed. The estimated amount on the right updates as you change quantities.


4. Set the delivery address

The right column has a Delivery address card.

  • If you have addresses saved, the default one is shown. Click Change to pick a different saved address.
  • If you have none, click Add address and fill in the form: first name, last name, phone number, full address, city, state, pincode, landmark, and address type. Save it. You can mark the new address as default for future orders.

The shipping destination is whatever shows on this card when you place the order. Double-check the phone number. The delivery partner will use it.


5. Apply PollPe credits (optional)

The Estimated amount card lists every line item, the subtotal, and the Payable amount.

If your PollPe wallet has credits, the Use PollPe credits checkbox appears with your current balance. Tick it to apply credits against the payable amount. The card shows how much will be deducted, the credits remaining after, and the final amount you actually pay.


6. Place the order

Click Proceed to checkout. One of two things happens:

  • Credits cover the full amount. The order is created right away. You're redirected to the success screen.
  • There is an amount left to pay. PollPe hands you off to the payment gateway with the transaction info pre-filled. Complete payment there. You'll come back to the success or failure screen.

On success, you'll see:

  • A Payment successful confirmation with the transaction ID.
  • The full Order items list with quantities and per-item totals.
  • The Subtotal, Shipping charges (₹0), and Total.
  • A Back to Store QR button that returns you to the share screen.

If the payment fails, you'll see the Order not placed screen with a button to retry the checkout for the same QR.


7. After you place the order

PollPe prints the cards to your design and ships them to the saved delivery address. The transaction ID on the success screen is your reference if you need to reach support.

To order again (for the same QR or a different one), repeat the flow above. Each order is independent: you can order more standees of the same QR later, or order prints of a brand new Store QR.


Common questions

  • Can I order for multiple QRs in one checkout? No. Each checkout is scoped to one Store QR. Place a separate order per QR.
  • Can I change the design after the order is placed? No. The print uses the QR design as it was at checkout. Edit the QR before ordering if you need a change.
  • Where do shipping charges show up? On the success screen, under Shipping charges. Shipping is currently ₹0.
  • Can I pay only with credits? Yes, if your credit balance covers the full payable amount. Tick Use PollPe credits, and if the remaining amount is zero, the order is created without a gateway redirect.
