Workspace branding

Set the default look for every new survey created in this workspace. Logo, icon, colors, typography, and reusable assets you upload here are applied automatically when Aria generates a survey, and serve as the starting theme when you build one from scratch.

Workspace branding is the default. Survey-level branding overrides it. See Adding branding to a survey for per-survey customization.

Sync brand from your domain

The fastest way to fill every field is to let PollPe pull your brand from the web.

  1. Open Account then Branding.
  2. Click Sync brand from your domain in the top right.
  3. Enter your company URL (for example acme.com) and click Fetch brand.
  4. Review the logo, colors, and fonts PollPe found. Pick a different logo variant if multiple are available.
  5. Click Continue. Your workspace branding, organization context, and assets are saved in one step.

If PollPe can't find enough brand data, click Set up manually to fill the fields below by hand.

Logo and icon

The Logo & icon card holds two uploads:

  • Icon - the square mark used as the survey header icon.
  • Logo - the wider logo used in survey headers and emails.

Both accept PNG, JPG, or SVG up to 5 MB and open a cropper after upload so you can fit the artwork to the slot. Hover over a tile to reveal the close icon and clear the image.

Colors

The Colors card has five swatches. Each one maps to a specific part of the survey UI:

SwatchWhere it shows
PrimaryButtons, selections, and the progress bar.
SecondaryHighlights and hover effects.
QuestionColor of question titles.
AnswerColor of answer options.
BackgroundThe survey page background.

Click any swatch to open the color picker. Pick a hex value or paste one in. Changes are saved automatically after a short debounce, and the live preview to the right updates as you go.

Typography

The Typography card lets you pick two fonts:

  • Primary font - used for question titles and headings.
  • Secondary font - used for answer options and descriptions.

The dropdown previews each font in its own typeface. Both default to Poppins if you haven't picked anything.

Live survey preview

The right-hand panel renders a real survey with your current branding applied. Every color change, font swap, or logo upload updates the preview within a second. Use it to sanity-check contrast and legibility before saving.

The preview shows how your brand appears in Aria-generated surveys specifically. Manually built surveys can still override any of these defaults.

Assets

Scroll down to the Assets card to upload reusable images (banners, product shots, illustrations) that you'll want available across surveys.

  • Click + Upload new to add an asset. The cropper opens after upload.
  • Each asset slot is a 138 px tile in a carousel.
  • The cap is 25 assets per workspace.
  • Hover any asset to reveal the delete icon.

Assets show up inside the survey builder's media picker for every survey in this workspace.

How workspace branding interacts with survey-level branding

  • A new survey inherits everything on this page as its starting theme.
  • An Aria-generated survey uses these colors, fonts, and logo by default unless Aria has reason to deviate (for example when generating a quiz-style theme).
  • Per-survey edits in the builder always win. They are scoped to that survey and don't change the workspace defaults.

To reset a survey back to workspace defaults, edit its branding inside the survey itself. See Adding branding to a survey.

Tips

  • Set this once at workspace creation. It saves your team time on every future survey.
  • Sync from domain first, then tweak. The fetcher gets you 80% of the way for free.
  • Keep the icon high-contrast. It shows up on small surfaces like email headers.
  • Use a system font (Inter, Roboto, Poppins) if you want surveys to feel native on every device.
