Store QR

Store QR is the physical version of your PollPe survey: a branded, printed QR card that PollPe prints, ships to your address, and links to a single survey of yours. Customers scan it in-store with their phone camera and start answering on the spot.

What you get​

Every Store QR is a physical card or sticker that:

  • Carries your logo, title, description, and the QR code styled in your brand theme (light or dark).
  • Routes scans to your survey, so PollPe can attribute every response back to that exact card.
  • Carries its own QR ID and Store QR name (for example MUMBAI_MALL_KIOSK_01), so you can tell which location, kiosk, or table the response came from.
  • Ships to the delivery address you save in your PollPe account, with shipping handled by PollPe.

Available print formats, dimensions, minimum and maximum order quantities, and prices are loaded directly from PollPe at checkout. Pick the formats you want, set the quantity per format, confirm the address, and place the order.

Who it's for​

Store QR is built for any business that meets customers in a physical space and wants their feedback on the spot:

  • D2C and retail stores at the till, on the shelf, on packaging.
  • Restaurants and cafes on the table, at the billing counter, on the menu.
  • Salons, spas, and clinics at the reception desk or inside the treatment room.
  • Events and pop-ups at the booth, on the lanyard, on the giveaway.
  • Field teams and franchises running one printed card per outlet so the head office can compare branches.

If your survey lives behind a counter, a table, or a doorway, Store QR is the channel built for it.

How it's different from the digital QR​

The digital QR (under Share → Create Survey QR) is a single downloadable PNG you can paste into a deck, a poster file, or a social post. It is the same survey link rendered as an image. There is one of them, and it is not tracked separately.

Store QR is built for scale and attribution in the physical world:

  • PollPe prints and ships the cards. You do not run a print job yourself.
  • Every card is a tracked source, so you can compare scans and completion rate per location.
  • The card carries your brand (logo, title, description) so it does not look like a random sticker.
  • You can order more cards, swap which survey a card points to, pause individual QRs, and delete them from your account.

The flow at a glance​

  1. Open your survey's Share tab and pick Link to Store QR.
  2. Click + New Store QR, fill in the store name, address, and Store QR name.
  3. Customise the QR sticker: upload a logo, pick a light or dark theme, write the title and description.
  4. From the print and download screen, click Order Standee & Stickers.
  5. Pick formats and quantity, confirm the delivery address, pay, and track the order.
  6. PollPe prints the cards and ships them. You place them in-store and start collecting responses.
