Delete Account

Deleting your PollPe account is permanent and cannot be undone. Before you proceed, here's what you should know.

What happens when you delete your account

  • Surveys you own will either be transferred to another workspace owner or permanently deleted, depending on your workspace setup.
  • Survey responses and associated data (analytics, audience lists, reward pool history) tied solely to your account will be permanently removed.
  • Shared workspace data that other members depend on will be transferred to the designated account owner.
  • Active subscriptions will be cancelled. No further charges will be made, but previous payments are non-refundable.
  • PollPe Credits remaining in your account will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.

How the deletion process works

  1. Go to Account Settings from the left sidebar.
  2. Scroll to the Delete Account section at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click Delete my account.
  4. Select a reason for leaving -- this helps us improve PollPe.
  5. If you select "Other", you'll be asked to provide a brief explanation.
  6. Type DELETE to confirm.
  7. Your account will be permanently removed.

Before you delete

  • Export your data first. Download any survey responses or reports you want to keep. Once your account is deleted, this data cannot be retrieved. See Exporting Data.
  • Check your workspace. If you're the only owner of a workspace, your surveys and data will be permanently deleted along with your account. Consider transferring ownership to a team member first.
  • Cancel isn't delete. If you just want to stop your subscription, you can downgrade to the Free plan instead of deleting your account. See Manage Plan.

Can I recover a deleted account?

No. Account deletion is irreversible. Once confirmed, all your data is permanently removed from our systems and cannot be restored.
