Phone Number

The Phone Number question lets you collect valid mobile numbers from respondents. The field is localized with international code selection and phone number formatting.

When to Use​

Use the Phone Number input when:

  • You need to collect contact numbers for follow-up or support
  • You want to send messages, OTPs, or alerts
  • You’re collecting leads, feedback, or orders

Customization Options​

You can configure the Phone Number field to:

  • Add a question label and optional description
    • You can use basic formatting options like bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, and links within the label and description
  • Toggle Mandatory if a number is required
  • Set a Placeholder Text (e.g. 99999 00000)
  • Choose a default country code for formatting
  • Customize the Proceed Button Text

Respondent Preview​

Respondents will see a flag dropdown for international dialing codes and an input for number entry.
