End Screen
Use the End Screen to leave a lasting impression on your respondents and close the survey experience on a thoughtful note.
The End Screen appears after the last question and can include:
- A thank you message that acknowledges the participant's time.
- A custom call-to-action (CTA) button (e.g., “Visit Website,” “Follow Us on Instagram,” or “Create a PollPe Form”).
- An optional external link or redirect after submission.
- The ability to ask for online reviews by enabling a toggle.
- Option to automatically prompt for online reviews only when a positive CSAT or NPS rating is given.
Use Cases
- Encourage users to take another action after submitting a response.
- Share links to rewards, company pages, or social channels.
- Collect reviews or redirect to a landing page.
Best Practices
- Keep the message friendly and concise.
- Use a clear, action-driven CTA.
- Test the external link to ensure it works correctly on all devices.

Positive feedback
Triggers a custom end screen with review platform options like Google, Zomato, Trivago, etc.
Negative or no rating
The review button will be automatically hidden.
