Link Settings

This section allows you to customize how your form appears when shared on social media platforms like Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and others. You can set a custom title, description, and preview image to improve visibility and engagement when your form link is shared.

🔤 Title​

  • Purpose: This will be the clickable headline displayed when your form is shared on social platforms.
  • Character Limit: Max 60 characters.
  • Tip: Keep it clear and attention-grabbing. Use action words like “Collect”, “Share”, “Get Feedback”, etc.

📝 Description​

  • Purpose: A short summary that appears below the title when the link is shared.
  • Character Limit: Max 110 characters.
  • Tip: Highlight speed, ease of use, or analytics benefits.

Example:
Create quick feedback forms in less than 5 minutes. Share anywhere and get real-time analytics!

🖼️ Preview Image​

  • Purpose: This image will appear as the thumbnail when the form is shared.
  • Recommended Format: PNG or JPG.
  • Recommended Size: 1200×630 px for optimal display across platforms.

You can upload or remove the image. If none is added, a default PollPe preview image will appear.

🔎 Allow Indexing​

  • Purpose: If enabled, your form's shared link can be indexed by search engines.
  • Default: Disabled.
  • Recommendation: Keep it off for private/internal forms; turn it on for public campaigns.

🌐 Preview​

On the right, you can see a real-time preview of how your form will appear when shared.
