Survey Responses
PollPe allows you to view every individual survey response in a clean, spreadsheet-style format. Whether you're looking to analyze a specific entry, apply filters, or export the data — the Responses tab provides everything you need.
What You’ll See in the Responses Tab
Each row in the Responses table represents one survey submission. Here’s what’s included:
- Date & Time of submission
- Responses to each question (in order)
- Filter icons to apply conditions across devices, time, and sources
- Search bar to find responses using keywords
- Settings icon to customize visible columns
- Export/download button to extract all responses
You can click on any row to view that submission in detail.
Viewing an Individual Response
When you click a submission row, a side panel opens with complete details:
- All question responses
- Tags for internal categorization
- Menu options like:
- Hide unanswered questions
- Delete response
- Get more info
Submission Metadata (More Info Panel)
Click Get More Info from the three-dot menu in the response view to access:
Field | Description |

Submission Time | When the survey started |
Last Updated | Time of final submission |
Status | Completed, Partial, etc. |
Browser | E.g., Chrome, Safari |
Operating System | E.g., Android, iOS, Windows |
Submission ID | Unique ID for tracking |
Table Settings & Customization
Click the gear ⚙️ icon to open the Table Settings panel. Here, you can:
- Enable or disable columns based on questions
- Drag to reorder columns
- Reset to default layout anytime
Filters, Sorting & Search
- Use All Time / All Devices / All Sources filters to narrow responses
- Apply advanced filters (Premium) using the funnel icon
- Use the search bar to find entries with specific keywords (e.g., "Coca-Cola")

Exporting Responses
Click the download icon at the top-right to export all responses as a CSV file. Checkout Exporting Responses to learn more.
💡 Exported files include all visible fields and can be used for offline analysis or import into analytics tools.
Tags & Labeling
Tags help you internally categorize responses. Add custom tags like VIP
, Issue
, Follow-up
, etc., to streamline your review process.
