Step-by-Step: How PollPe Works​

1. Create a Project Folder​

Start by creating a Project, which acts like a folder for organizing your surveys. You can manage multiple surveys under a single project based on use cases like NPS, product feedback, research, or campaigns.

2. Build Your Survey​

Use the drag-and-drop builder to create questions, logic jumps, and multi-language support. Choose from templates or start from scratch.

3. Configure Rewards (Optional)​

Encourage participation by setting up rewards like:

  • Coupons
  • Cashback
  • Points
  • Custom reward codes

Rewards can be automated and tied to completion rules.

4. Distribute the Survey​

Share your survey using:

  • QR Codes (standees, product packaging, store displays)
  • Direct links
  • WhatsApp, SMS, Email
  • Embeddable widgets

5. Collect Responses​

As users submit responses, you’ll see real-time insights in your dashboard — including completion rate, device usage, and sentiment breakdown.

6. View and Export Results​

Use visual reports or export raw data in CSV/Excel. Filter by project, tag, or custom variables.
