Slack Integration

Receive real-time updates directly in Slack when someone completes your PollPe survey. Stay informed, respond quickly, and collaborate with your team without leaving your Slack workspace.

Slack Integration

🔗 Connect Slack to PollPe​

  1. Go to the Integrations tab of your survey.
  2. Click on Slack.
  3. Click Connect to authorize PollPe to access your Slack workspace.

  1. You’ll be redirected to Slack to grant permissions to PollPe.
    • PollPe needs permission to view channels and send messages.
    • Click Allow to continue.

📺 Select a Channel​

Once connected, you’ll be prompted to link a Slack channel.

  1. Click Link channel.
  2. Select one or more channels from the list to receive survey responses.

✅ Set Questions for Slack Alerts​

You can choose which survey questions appear in the Slack notification.

  1. After linking the channel, you’ll see a list of all survey questions.
  2. Enable or disable the toggle for each question to include/exclude it in Slack updates.

📨 Receive Real-Time Notifications​

Every time someone submits a response, PollPe will post a message in the selected Slack channel with:

  • Survey name
  • Selected responses (based on toggled questions)
  • Request ID and timestamp
  • A link to View Response

🗑️ Remove Slack Integration​

  1. Click Delete Integration at the bottom of the Slack settings page.
  2. This will disconnect PollPe from Slack and stop all future alerts.

Note: Slack integration helps improve collaboration and response tracking. Make sure you have the necessary permissions in Slack before connecting.
