Why integrate with Notion?

Integrating PollPe with Notion allows you to:

  • Automatically push new survey responses to a Notion database.
  • Centralize all feedback for team collaboration and documentation.
  • Enable powerful filtering and tagging in Notion for deeper insights.

How to set up Notion Integration

  1. Go to Integrations:

    • Navigate to the Integrations tab from your survey dashboard.
  2. Select Notion:

    • Click on the “Connect” button under the Notion integration card.
  3. Authorize PollPe:

    • You’ll be redirected to the Notion authorization screen.
    • Choose your workspace and grant access to allow PollPe to sync data.
  4. Choose a destination:

    • Either create a new Notion database or select an existing one where responses should be added.
  5. Map your fields:

    • Match survey questions with the corresponding columns in your Notion database.
    • Only mapped questions will be pushed.
  6. Finish setup:

    • Click “Save & Sync.” New responses will now appear in your Notion database in real-time.

Managing Integration

  • You can revisit the integration anytime to:
    • Edit mappings
    • Switch databases
    • Disconnect Notion

⚠️ Only users with database edit permissions in Notion can authorize and sync data.

FAQs

Can I sync historical responses?
Yes. After setup, you’ll be prompted whether to push past responses as well.

What happens if I disconnect?
Your existing data in Notion remains intact. No new responses will be pushed until you reconnect.
