PollPe Forms provides secure and confidential payment options for its products and services. This policy is designed to clarify our approach to refund-related issues that may arise.
PollPe Forms offers two physical products: the “QR Sticker” and the “Standee,” which fall under our physical product category. Additionally, customers can subscribe to our digital services, including the“Individual,” “Team,” and “Organization” feedback collection plans.
Starting from the effective date of this policy, users experiencing issues with their orders can contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] . In cases where a damaged or incorrect product has been delivered, our team will evaluate the issue thoroughly. If the claim is deemed valid, we will replace the item to ensure a positive post-sales experience.
Please note, however, that refunds are not processed for any payments made. We only offer replacements for valid claims. Replacement requests will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
