PollPe's Survey Insights gives you a breakdown of how users interact with your survey — from the moment they land on it to the final submission.

Key Metrics Overview​

At the top of the Survey Insights screen, you’ll see:

  • Views: Total number of people who opened the survey.
  • Starts: Number of people who answered at least one question.
  • Submissions: Number of people who completed and submitted the survey.
  • Completion Rate: Submissions ÷ Starts (an indicator of survey effectiveness).
  • Time to Complete: Average duration it took users to finish the survey.
  • Drop Rate: Percentage of users who exited before submitting.

You can also filter results by time range and device type.

Question-wise Engagement​

Below the metrics, you’ll see performance data for each question:

  • Views: How many users saw this question.
  • Drop Off: Percentage of users who exited the survey on this question.

This helps identify potential friction points where users lose interest.

💡 Tip: A sudden spike in drop-offs on a question might indicate it's too long, confusing, or irrelevant.
